Stage 01
Pre-construction
Grid connection secured, site surveyed, design frozen, long-lead kit ordered.
We place: Design, pre-construction, commercial and procurement leads
Stage 02
Civil & structure
Groundworks, steel frame and envelope, often on a remote greenfield site.
We place: Construction and site managers, civil engineers, planners
Stage 03
M&E fit-out
Switchgear, UPS, generators, chillers and thousands of racks. The biggest package on the job.
We place: MEP and package managers, electrical and mechanical supervisors
Stage 04
Commissioning
Level 1 to 5 testing, through to the integrated systems test at full load.
We place: Commissioning managers, CxA, test engineers, BMS/EPMS
Stage 05
Live & retrofit
The halls go live. Then come liquid-cooling upgrades, done around equipment that can't go down.
